The objective of this blog is to extend the ideas developed in my book, which is an inside view, a sort of subjective camera, on consulting companies and its different actors such as managers, clients and most of all the consultants.
The book is a series of anecdotes of consultants’ lives with consulting companies. Is it really challenging to be a consultant? Does it really meet our aspirations in terms of dream job? Is it really rewarding and fulfilling? Is it really possible to design a career development plan for a consultant, whose missions will always depend on the market’s need? Are consultants only mercenaries or are they the architect of their careers?
(By the way, I would look at any good proposal to translate the book in English).
In the meantime, I would welcome your ideas, thoughts, opinions and anecdotes on your life as a consultants part of a consulting companies or as a contractor.
